We offer a number of tools and integrations to help customers monitor their account usage and take action before hitting their plan limits; either by upgrading their account through the dashboard or contacting their account manager.
By logging into your account dashboard it is possible to get a realtime view of your current usage, as shown below. This shows you the number of connections and messages you are using over the course of the day and also the total usage in realtime:
By navigating to the Account → Limit Notifications section in the dashboard you can configure Limit notifications that can be sent by Email, Slack or Webhook to notify you when your account usage is getting high.
By default we will send a soft limit notification at 70% of either your connection or message limit, and then we will also send a notification when your account hits either your connection or message hard limit. This is typically set to 120% of the plan limit to give customers some overhead to allow time to upgrade to the next plan.

By navigating to the Account → Usage Summaries section in the dashboard you can configure usage summaries that can be sent by Email, Slack or Webhook on a daily or weekly basis to keep track of account growth. The summary will contain an overview of the number of messages and connections used over the selected period.
