When your account approaches its message or connection limits we will send the Channels account owner an email warning them of this. We will also send another email once this limit has been reached.
It is also possible to add additional email contacts, slack integration or trigger a webhook. This can be done as follows:
- Log in to the Dashboard
- Click the Manage in the Channels section
- Select the Settings tab
- Click the Limit Notifications section
- Select Add Notification for the notification you wish to configure
- Enter the necessary details on the pop up and click Add Notification to save
- You can use Sent test to test the notification
