We currently don't have any Cordova or Javascript specific SDKs, however we do provide both IOS and Android SDKs (https://docs.pusher.com/beams).

It may be possible that you could wrap our native SDKs in Cordova webviews as described here: http://docs.phonegap.com/tutorials/develop/1-embed-webview/ios/, but at the moment we are not able to provide any assistance with this.
